Checks whether v1 is equal to v2, without invoking any metamethod. Returns a boolean.
(bool) = rawequal(v1,v2)
Parameters
v1: (any) first value to compare
v2: (any) second value to compare
Return values
Returns (bool) true if values are equal, or false if different
