Description

Dispatches notification after provided period of time. Optionally can provide repeat time interval, in which notification should be repeated until canceled.

Both dispatch after period of time and repeating time format is similar to os.date("*t") retrieved format. As in you can provide time as table with these options as keys:

sec - for seconds min - for minutes hour - for hours day - for day of the month month - for month year - for year
